The Group operates dedicated food court stalls and public cafeterias under the company name Select Food Management Pte Ltd. Our food court stalls sell Chinese mixed rice and the famous Ampang Yong Tau Foo at strategic locations around Singapore. We also operate public cafeterias at Chevron House, formerly known as Caltex House and at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station.

Our first Thai restaurant, Lerk Thai Restaurant, commenced business in March 2004. With a renowned Thai Executive Chef who used to helm the kitchen for a royal Thai household, as well as a competent team of committed Thai chefs, we serve authentic Thai cuisines which are popular with everyone, from families to discerning PMEBs (Professionals, Managers, Executives and Businessmen). Currently we have 11 Restaurants in Singapore and 3 Franchise Restaurants in Malaysia.
